  • Service of Citation outside of Texas: $900

  • E-Filing a Lead Document:  $100.00
  • E-Filing additional documents with a Lead Document: $50.00

Hourly-Rate Cases and Activities

  • Uncontested Divorce - With or Without Children: Retainer $3,500.00 plus $325.00 hourly rate
  • Contested Divorce - With or Without Children: Retainer $5,000.00 plus $325.00 hourly rate
  • Uncontested Annulment - With or Without Children: Retainer $3,500.00 plus $325.00 hourly rate
  • Contested Annulment - With or Without Children: Retainer $5,000.00 plus $325.00 hourly rate
  • All other hourly-rate activities without a stand-alone case:  Retainer $3,500.00 plus $325.00 hourly rate
*Flat Fee Details
  1. Flat fees quoted above are minimum flat fee amounts. Depending on your facts, the flat fee may be higher.
  2. Flat fees include certified mail, court filing fees, fees for service of Citation by Constable, Sheriff, or Process Server. 
  3. All Flat Fee cases must be paid in full within 15 days of signing the Client Agreement Contract. 
  4. All Flat Fee Motions and Appearance at Hearing on Motion must be paid in full within 5 days of signing the Client Agreement Contract for Motions and Hearings on Motions. 
  5. All work will begin only after full payments are made.
  6. $500 of each flat fee is non-refundable under all circumstances.
  7. Additional Texas counties may have adjusted pricing.
